Shipping & Returns

Thank you for placing your order with Epicoa Rotisseries, Inc. Your order will be professionally and carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. Orders are scheduled to arrive within 5 – 7 business days. Orders will not be processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. All domestic shipments include tracking numbers and delivery confirmation at no extra charge, which you will receive via email as soon as the item is shipped. If you are interested in a large purchase, please contact us at epicinfo@epicoa.com with your desired order and contact information and we will respond within 24 hours.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are set at a flat $50 rate per one grill. Rates will change depending on number of grills purchased with one order.

International Shipping:

Please contact us at epicinfo@epicoa.com for information on international orders.

Return Policy:

Please contact us at epicinfo@epicoa.com within 30 days of confirmed shipment of the item to receive an authorization for your return. No returns will be accepted after this 30 day period unless it is due to a defective product.

Defective Product:

Defective Product will be exchanged for the same item only.  All original components (such as the manual and accessories) must be included with the item and the original packaging must be fully intact and included. Our team will confirm the defect in the item prior to shipping the replacement item. Once the defect is confirmed, we will gladly refund your original shipping charges to compensate you for the cost of sending the item back to us.  Any false claims of defect will result in the item being refused for return or charged a substantial restocking fee.
